Andrew B. “Drew” Adams is a co-founder of Antik Capital, LLC, bringing more than two decades of experience at the intersection of financial strategy, private investment, and entrepreneurial wealth. Prior to launching Antik Capital, Drew co-founded Rubicon Capital, LLC in 2017 alongside Stephen Miles, where he developed and executed tax-advantaged investment strategies across land, solar, mining, and historical photography transactions.
Drew founded Antik Capital as a natural evolution of the private equity work he has led for clients since 2013, expanding a disciplined approach to sourcing and structuring tax-incentivized investment opportunities. Through Antik, he continues to provide clients and their families access to a differentiated and growing portfolio of investments designed to preserve and enhance long-term wealth.
He specializes in sophisticated plan design, deal structuring, tax mitigation strategies, risk management, asset protection, and strategic asset allocation for a select group of U.S. and global investors. His work is defined by a focus on aligning complex investment solutions with the long-term goals of entrepreneurial families.
Earlier in his career, Drew built his practice at Strategic Financial Partners and later became an equity partner at Strategic Wealth, where he served as Chief Architect of advanced wealth strategies for high-net-worth clients.
A published author and recognized industry contributor, Drew has been featured in Investment News, Bloomberg, and the Mississippi Business Journal. He is also an owner of Lion Street, a national financial services network.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and an MBA from the University of Mississippi.
